The Condo is located in the desirable Kihei Kai Nani complex which is rated a “Solid Gold Value” by the Maui Revealed Guidebook. All rooms are good sized and the bedroom has a Cal King size bed and sleeper sofa in the family room.   This top floor private unit is completely furnished including a well-stocked kitchen with full size appliances. This allows you to prepare meals and dine on the large private lanai while enjoying the partial ocean view. For your comfort and enjoyment the condo has A.C. in living room and bedroom, ceiling fans, two  TV’s, free WiFi, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys…..everything you need for your tropical vacation.  Enjoy the tropical setting of this privately owned, clean, quiet, no smoking unit, and walk to over twenty shops, and restaurants. On site you will find a large swimming pool, gas BBQ’s, shuffleboard, complete laundry facilities with free parking included.   Kihei’s popular Kamaole beaches are 3 of only 9 of Maui’s 81 beaches that offer lifeguard service making this one of Maui’s finest beach areas! The condo is located approximately 150 yards from Kamaole II beach park and it's warm white sand beach, great for swimming, snorkeling, walking,  jogging and the perfect place to watch Maui’s beautiful sunsets.  Centrally located to all island activities, just minutes to Wailea and world class shopping and golfing. Please note that this is a third floor (top floor) condo and the complex does not have elevators. This makes for a very private stay as there are no walkways outside the bedroom windows!
