Summer Rates: April 15 - December 14 $179 per night plus tax and cleaning.

Winter Rates: December 15 - April 14 $249 per night plus tax and cleaning.

Additional fees may apply for stays less than 7 nights or more than two guests.

We collect a refundable security of $300 that gets returned to you providing that the house rules are followed and there is no damage or missing items in the condo. 

To reserve your dates we ask for a $300 deposit with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
