If your dates are not available we will be happy to check with other owners to see if they can accommodate you
To reserve your dates we ask for a $200 deposit with the balance due forty five days prior to arrival.
We collect a fully refundable security deposit of $200 that will be refunded to you providing there is no damage or missing items in the condo.
Cancellation Policy - 45 days prior to arrival with a $100 cancellation fee.
